Biography
I was born in Erbil. I went to kindergarten at age of 5. finished secondary school in 1980. obtained MSc in 1987. joined the military service and worked for two years in the construction of Erbil airport. finished Ph.D. in 1999. I worked with Rashed construction company/ Ministry of Housing and construction and spent several years in the private construction sector. I joined the University of Salahuddin in 1994.
